It is as simple as this: the best way to lose weight is certainly what you have heard before; eat fewer calories than you are expending! That is it; closed chapter. Well, if it was that easy we would not have a national obesity and over weight problem with corresponding poor health running rampant. Our children are now more likely to die before their parents, and we are the first generation to have that painful truth in our faces.The best way to lose weight is to number one and foremost, really deep down be committed to turning your life around.

No one can succeed just because someone else wants you too or even if society says so. It must come from you, a deep and strong reason. Weight Watchers: Learn how to eat real foods, cook for yourself and how to eat out at a restaurant making choices that keep you on plan. They also have some back up frozen foods when you need to have a fast meal with no time or desire to cook. There is a support group both in your community and on the internet as well.
NutriSystem (and other programs of that style): Eat only their prepared foods that are shipped right to your door. Good point is you don’t have to think about planning meals, shopping, cooking and balance of meal types. But the down point is they do not teach you how to deal with the reality of food so when you quit purchasing, many people tend to gain their weight back, and often a wee bit more.
As you can see, the best way to lose weight is to be committed to yourself, have a very strong reason that you won’t back off of, choose a plan that is best for your needs, get started and don’t look back. Just do it.
The best way to lose weight for you may not be the same as the best way to lose weight for someone else.
